The INFANT Program (INfant Feeding, Active play and NuTrition) has been designed to help families with healthy eating and active play from the start of their baby's life. INFANT is run by Maternal Child Health nurses across the Moira Shire, with locations at Cobram and Numurkah. The program consists of four group sessions for mum, dads and carers lead by our Maternal Child Health nurses.
The INFANT program sessions are held when your baby is around the 3, 6, 9 and 12 month ages. The sessions run for around 90 minutes. INFANT facilitators provide contemporary, evidence-informed information that is tailored to the parents and families who attend each session. These are also great sessions to discuss anything related to your babies development.
The INFANT program can also be utilised via the mobile phone app once you've attended sessions.
The mobile app is called My Baby Now and can be accessed via the App Store (iPhone) or the Google Play store (Google/Android).
