The NCN Health Graduate Nursing Program offers graduates the opportunity to gain diverse clinical experience within supportive rural healthcare settings across three campuses located in Nathalia, Cobram, and Numurkah. Successful applicants are offered a one-year fixed-term contract designed to support their transition into professional nursing practice.
The program provides a supportive environment where graduates can further develop their clinical knowledge, practical skills, and professional confidence. Emphasis is placed on building well-rounded nurses who demonstrate critical thinking, reflective practice, and effective problem-solving skills. Graduates are exposed to a broad range of healthcare settings, helping them establish a strong foundation for their future nursing careers.
NCN Health also offers three Enrolled Nurse graduate intakes each year during January/February, May/June, and October/November.
