To access the services at NCN Health, including; hospital, community health, residential aged care, medical and dental clinics, please contact the main reception and they can direct your call.

Concerns, Compliments and Complaints

NCN Health is dedicated to providing quality care and service to our community. We appreciate all feedback about the services and care provided, including; compliments, complaints and suggestions. All feedback helps improve our service to you.

Feedback can be given in the following ways;

By speaking directly to the Nurse Unit Manager or health professional in the relevant area.

By using the ‘Feedback Hubs’ available in Nathalia and Numurkah (pictured) which are located in most departments for your convenience. Input into these hubs can be anonymous and is emailed directly to the Unit Manager to follow up.

Paper copies of the NCN Consumer Feedback form are available in each reception area with reply paid envelopes available for people to return forms privately. You can also download a printable version of the feedback form here .

Share your story through Patient Care Opinion. This is a website that gives patients, carers and families the opportunity to provide feedback, both good and bad, about their experience with our health services. Patient Opinion is safe and you will remain anonymous.
