Gwandalan Court is an independent living retirement village located next to NCN Health Numurkah.
There are eleven 2-bedroom units featuring a large living space, kitchen with electric oven and cook top, electric hot water and air conditioning and floor heating throughout. Each unit has a lock up garage with internal access and a private backyard with a garden shed. The unit comes unfurnished and the residents are required to provide; furniture, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine.
When you live at Gwandalan Court, NCN Health will pay for the following:
- Goulburn Murray Water rates
- Moira Shire council rates
- Unit Insurance
Repairs and maintenance
NCN Health maintenance staff will take care of the general maintenance of the buildings and grounds. If the resident is able, they may choose to do gardening also. Yearly pest control will be negotiated between NCN Health and the resident.
Residents will be responsible for:
- Contents Insurance
- Electricity
- Telephone
- Fortnightly or monthly maintenance fee
