Rural support is available to assist those in the farming industry to maintain social connections and provide social support one on one, in group settings or through events. Our workers assist farmers depending on their needs to link in with other local services such as financial, general health and wellbeing, emergency relief or crisis support.

You can refer yourself or be referred by your GP, another health professional, family, carer or advocate provided you give your consent for this.
