Our Speech Pathologist provides assessment and therapy programs to pre-school aged children with early language development and speech difficulties

A speech pathologist can assist children who are not yet talking in sentences, stuttering and children whose language is difficult to understand. The speech pathologist will work with the child and their family to develop individual programs and strategies to support language development.

Where is it available?

Speech pathology for pre-school aged children is available at our Cobram campus.

What does it cost?

Fees for these services range between $10 and $20 per visit

How can I access it?

Most people get a referral from their doctor. Parents can refer their child. A health professional, pre-school teacher, childcare worker or maternal and child health nurse may also refer the child, but they need the parent’s permission to do so.

For information regarding our service, please contact our Access and Intake team at the Cobram campus for further information.
