Falls and Balance Group has a focus on improving strength, balance and reflexes to prevent falls. It involves individually tailored exercise sessions and falls prevention education sessions while being delivered in a group environment.

Falls and Balance group is available at our Cobram campus.
What does it cost?
$10 for an initial appointment and then $8 per visit thereafter for Health Care Card and Pensioner Concession Card holders.
Other fee options are available.
How can I access it?
A referral from your doctor, specialist or a referring hospital is encouraged.
