The Moira Community Rehabilitation Centre (CRC) provides team-based rehabilitation to people living in the Moira Shire community. We provide flexible services including Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Allied Health Assistant, Chronic Disease Educator and Social Work, working together with you to help you meet your rehabilitation goals. Therapy programs may be delivered on an individual basis or in a group setting as appropriate.

Services are available at all NCN Health campuses and Yarrawonga Health.
What does it cost?
Services offered at the rehabilitation centre vary between $8 and $12 per visit.
How can I access it?
A referral from your doctor or treating specialist is required.
